Burst Limits: Hourly limits prevent abuse - Free (60/hour), Creator (300/hour), Pro (900/hour). If you hit your hourly limit, wait until the next hour resets.
Tokens reset monthly at the start of each billing cycle, so plan your generations accordingly!
Yes. To keep the Pixerr marketplace looking professional and consistent, products must have at least one AI-generated background before they can be shown publicly.
You can still create and edit products without backgrounds, but when you try to publish we'll ask you to generate AI backgrounds for your variants first. Pixerr uses AI to do the heavy lifting for you so you don't need design skills.
In the product editor, open the Product Image Background section.
Choose a quick style preset or type your own description, then click Generate Background.
Pixerr will create AI backgrounds in the background (no pun intended 😊). When it's done, your product images update automatically and you'll get a notification.
Yes. Each AI background uses tokens from your AI token balance.
Your monthly plan comes with a token allowance, and you can always purchase extra token packs if you need more. The current token cost per background is shown in the background dialog and on your tokens dashboard.
If you don't have enough tokens, Pixerr will block the generation and show a message explaining what's needed.
From there, you can either:
As soon as payment completes, your token balance updates and you can generate backgrounds again.
Yes. You can regenerate backgrounds for a product. Each regeneration uses additional tokens because it triggers new AI calls.
This lets you experiment with different looks (cozy, studio, seasonal, etc.) until your product images feel right for your store.

Pixerr lets you transfer your earnings to your connected Stripe account. You can choose Standard Transfer (1–3 business days, no Stripe fee) or Instant Transfer (usually minutes).
When a customer purchases your product, there's a delay before the money is available for payout. This is because:
Total timeline: You can typically withdraw earnings 14-21 days after a sale is made.
A minimum settled balance of $10.00 USD is required before you can request a payout. Balances under $10 will continue to accumulate. This keeps payouts efficient and reduces Stripe fees.

The first 2,500 creators on Creator or Pro plans get a lifetime benefit:

This benefit is lifetime — it keeps working as long as you're on a paid plan. Limited to the first 2,500 paid subscribers.
Note on tips: Tip processing fees are always paid by the supporter (the person sending the tip), not the creator. This keeps 100% of the tip going to the creator minus only the platform fee.
Important: The 14+ day settlement period still applies to all earnings.
After 2,500 paying subscribers join, new users can choose Standard (free, 1-3 days) or Instant (1% Stripe fee, minutes) transfers.
