1. Introduction

These Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") supplement our Terms of Service and provide clear, human-readable rules that all users must follow when uploading Content to Pixerr.

These Guidelines apply to all Content uploaded to Pixerr, including artwork, photographs, AI-generated images, product descriptions, shop information, and any other user-generated content.

Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Platform.

2. Allowed Content

Pixerr welcomes a wide variety of original creative content, including:

• Original Artwork: Paintings, drawings, illustrations, digital art, and other original artistic works

• AI-Generated Art: Artwork created using AI tools, provided you comply with the AI tool's terms of service and have the right to commercialize the content
• Designs and Graphics: Original graphic designs, logos, templates, and other visual content
• Mixed Media: Combinations of original artwork, photography, and digital elements

All Content must be your original work or work for which you have obtained the necessary rights and licenses to use and commercialize.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of Content are strictly prohibited on Pixerr:

3.1 Copyright-Infringing Content

• Direct copies or reproductions of copyrighted works without authorization
• Content that substantially reproduces another artist's work without permission
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others

Exception: Parody, satire, and fair use may be permitted in limited circumstances, but you are responsible for ensuring your use qualifies as fair use under applicable law.

3.2 Trademark-Infringing Content

• Unauthorized use of company logos, product names, or brand elements

3.3 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Content that facilitates fraud, scams, or other illegal conduct

3.4 Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or suicide
• Content that contains extreme graphic violence or gore
• Content that promotes dangerous activities or illegal substances

3.5 Hate Speech and Harassment

• Content that attacks, threatens, or harasses individuals or groups based on:
  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Age or disability
  • Other protected characteristics
• Content that promotes discrimination, segregation, or exclusion
• Content that incites violence against protected groups

3.6 Sexual Content Involving Minors

• Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts minors in a sexual manner
• Content that violates laws regarding child exploitation
• This prohibition is absolute and violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement

3.7 Non-Consensual Intimate Images

• Revenge porn or non-consensual sharing of intimate images
• Content that violates an individual's privacy or consent

3.8 Deceptive or Misleading Content

• Content that misrepresents the creator, product, or service
• Fake or fraudulent product listings
• Content designed to deceive or mislead users
• Content that impersonates another person or entity

3.9 Spam and Low-Quality Content

• Repetitive, automated, or low-effort content designed primarily to manipulate search results or rankings
• Content that is primarily promotional or advertising without substantial artistic or creative value
• Mass uploads of similar or duplicate content

4. AI Content Specific Rules

4.1 Compliance with AI Tool Terms

If you upload AI-Generated Content, you must:

• Read and comply with the terms of service of the AI tool(s) you use
• Ensure you have the right to commercialize the AI-Generated Content under those tools' terms
• Not upload Content that violates the AI tool's terms, including commercial use restrictions
• Stay informed about changes to AI tool terms that may affect your Content

4.2 Misrepresentation of AI Content

• Do not falsely claim authorship of AI-Generated Content as if it were created entirely by you without AI assistance
• Be transparent about the use of AI tools when appropriate (though disclosure is not always required)
• Do not use AI to create Content that falsely suggests endorsement or association with another artist or brand

4.3 Style Cloning and Artist Rights

• Do not use AI tools primarily to clone another living artist's identifiable style in a way that:
  • Suggests the artist created or endorses the work
  • Creates confusion about authorship
  • Violates the artist's rights or misleads buyers
• While style inspiration is generally allowed, direct style cloning that misleads or harms another artist is prohibited

5. Behavior & Spam

5.1 Prohibited Behaviors

• Spamming: Repetitive posting of the same or similar content
• Fake Sales: Creating fake transactions or manipulating sales data
• Fake Engagement: Using bots, fake accounts, or other methods to artificially inflate views, likes, or sales
• Harassment: Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate search results, rankings, or platform algorithms

5.2 Account Integrity

• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the Platform
• Do not share or sell your account to others
• Do not use automated systems to access or interact with the Platform without our express written permission

6. Product Descriptions and Listings

When creating product listings, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of your products
• Use images that accurately represent the product being sold
• Set fair and reasonable prices
• Clearly communicate any limitations, restrictions, or license terms for digital products
• Not use misleading or deceptive product titles, descriptions, or tags

7. Enforcement

7.1 Violation Consequences

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

• Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating Content
• Warning: A warning notice for first-time or minor violations
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account
• Account Termination: Permanent ban from the Platform for serious or repeated violations

7.2 Severity of Violations

The severity of enforcement action depends on:

• The nature and severity of the violation
• Whether the violation was intentional or accidental
• Your history of violations
• The impact on other users or the Platform

Serious violations (e.g., child exploitation content, illegal activity, repeated copyright infringement) will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

7.3 Appeals
