How fundraising merch works for supporters
You are buying real print-on-demand products from a Pixerr store run for an organization. Pixerr is a commercial platform: checkout, printing, and shipping are handled for you, and the organization receives the share agreed for that campaign.

Pixerr is a commercial platform and earns a platform fee from sales (plus payment processing). The organization’s share is what remains after product/fulfillment costs, fees, and the terms in that campaign’s agreement — not “all proceeds.”
Three simple steps
1. Choose merch
Pick sizes and designs from the organization’s Pixerr store — on the web or in the iPhone app where shopping is available.
2. Checkout securely
Pay through Pixerr’s Stripe checkout. You are buying a product, not making a tax-deductible donation through Pixerr.
3. We print & ship
Items are made on demand and shipped to you. The organization receives its agreed share after costs and platform fees.
What you are buying
- Custom merchandise printed when you order — shirts, hoodies, stickers, and more depending on the campaign.
- You are buying a product through Pixerr’s checkout — not donating. Pixerr earns a platform fee, and payment processing fees also apply.
- Support for the organization only to the extent of the agreed share for that campaign — not “100% of proceeds.”

Returns
Quality issues (damage, defects, wrong item) are covered under Pixerr’s return policy. Custom-made items generally cannot be returned for change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout.

FAQ
Is this a donation?
No. You are buying merchandise. Pixerr does not process tax-deductible donations for these campaigns.
How does the organization benefit?
The organization receives the share agreed for that campaign after product costs, Pixerr’s platform fee, and payment processing.
Can I shop on my iPhone?
Yes — download Pixerr from the App Store to browse shops. Some checkouts may continue on the web for payment.
