Understanding Tokens
What Are AI Tokens?
Tokens are credits used to generate AI artwork. Each AI model costs a different number of tokens per image:

Hourly Burst Limits
To ensure fair platform usage, each plan has hourly token limits:
- Free: 60 tokens/hour (prevents abuse on free tier)
- Creator: 300 tokens/hour (60 realistic images/hour)
- Pro: 900 tokens/hour (180 realistic images/hour)
Monthly tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused tokens don't roll over.

Platform fees are deducted from each sale to cover hosting, payment processing, and support:

How to Upgrade or Downgrade
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage your creator plan
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan (monthly or annual)
- Enter payment information
- Confirm upgrade
What happens: You're charged immediately for the new plan, and your increased limits and features activate instantly.
Downgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage your creator plan
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select the lower tier
- Confirm downgrade
What happens: Your current plan continues until the end of your billing period, then the new plan takes effect.
- Delete products if you exceed the new limit (e.g., 24 → 12)
- Delete images if over the new storage limit
- Collections will be disabled on Free plan
- You'll keep existing products, but can't create new ones until within limits
Canceling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage your creator plan
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel?
- Immediate: No more charges to your card
- Until End of Billing Period: You keep your paid plan benefits
- After Billing Period Ends: You automatically move to Free plan
- Your Content: All products, images, and store remain active (within Free limits)
- Existing Orders: Continue to be fulfilled normally
- Reactivation: You can resubscribe anytime

Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Cards: With Visa/Mastercard logo
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: For mobile users
Updating Payment Information
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage your creator plan
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
Payment Failed?
If your payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry charging your card 2-3 times
- If still unsuccessful, your account moves to Free plan
- Update your payment method to reactivate
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can switch from monthly to annual anytime to get the discount. The change takes effect at your next billing date.
Do unused tokens roll over to next month?
No. Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. Plan accordingly and use them before they reset!
What happens if I hit my product limit?
You can't create new products until you either delete existing ones or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing products remain active and sellable.
What counts toward my image storage limit?
Storage limits apply only to images you choose to keep. Here's what doesn't count:
- Original product images — Your source artwork and uploads are stored once and reused
- WebP variants — Pixerr automatically creates optimized versions of all images for faster store front loads.
- Performance variants — All automatically generated resized versions
This means you can swap, regenerate, and evolve your products without worrying about hidden storage costs. Only the final images you choose to keep count toward your limit.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@pixerr.com with your request.
Is there a enterprise or custom plan?
